The CADA Area G Advisor Conference took place on November 14, 2024, at Mira Mesa High School, bringing together 40 advisors representing 33 schools from across the area. This year’s conference was marked by a strong turnout of new attendees, reflecting the ongoing expansion and influence of Area G’s community.
The day’s agenda was packed with opportunities for networking and professional development. Workshops covered a variety of critical topics, including Making an Impact, Leadership Lessons, Organization and Best Practices, AL and Pro Keys, and How to Get Staff Buy-in. These sessions provided attendees with actionable strategies and fresh perspectives to take back to their schools.
One of the highlights of the conference was a presentation by Lifestream Blood Bank, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives through blood donations and community support. Based in Southern California, Lifestream Blood Bank plays a critical role in providing life-saving blood products to hospitals and patients. As a new medallion sponsor for CADA, their involvement in the conference underscored their commitment to supporting leadership development and education.
The conference concluded with a dynamic panel discussion and Q&A session, giving attendees the chance to share insights, ask questions, and deepen their connections with colleagues.
