Jack Moore Award
The Jack Moore Award is a lifetime achievement award, named after our first President, recognizing longstanding efforts on behalf of the organization in working with both student leaders and advisors as well as serving CADA statewide.

I am so blessed to be a member of CADA for 46 years. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and kind. With each step, many were there to help me, making this journey very special. I was lucky to teach 40 years in the same school district. My goal was to make every student want to come to school. I always met every kid at the doorway with hugs or high fives. I made games out of lessons no matter the subject. If you really loved what you were doing, it showed on your face. CADA helped me be a better teacher and better person. I loved the workshops, the conventions, and working on our council. I hope to stay with CADA for as long as I live. I thank God that I had such a wonderful career.
