There are four separate camps offered throughout the month of July at the beautiful UC Santa Barbara campus that will provide your team the opportunity to sharpen their leadership skills while also getting a taste of college dorm life.
Over the course of four action-packed days, students dive headfirst into the world of student leadership. They’ll brainstorm, plan, and prep events and activities that normally unfold over a full school year—think spirit weeks, rallies, service projects, and more—all in a tight, energized 4 day window. It’s a high-impact experience that gives them a clear vision and game plan for the year ahead.
But it’s not just about planning—it’s about connecting. Students are grouped with peers from other schools throughout the CADA organization, giving them the chance to network, share ideas, and gain fresh perspectives.
